On 9 July 2015, the Company purchased 1,000,084 A shares of Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. (“Hongdu Aviation”) on the A share market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, representing approximately 0.14% of the total issued shares of Hongdu Aviation . Within 12 months from the date of the Shareholding Increase, the Company will not increase its shareholding (inclusive of the shares represented by the Shareholding Increase) by more than 2% of the total issued share capital of Hongdu Aviation.
