On 9 May 2023, National Industrial Fund agreed to subscribe for Domestic Shares of AviChina and become the AviChina's strategic shareholder. On 3 July 2023, AviChina completed the registration related to the issuance of 261,522,000 Domestic Shares to the National Industrial Fund, which indicated the completion of the Non-public issuance of Domestic Shares.
Upon Completion, the total number of issued shares of the Company increased from 7,711,332,242 Shares to 7,972,854,242 Shares, among which 6,210,662,836 Shares are H Shares and 1,762,191,406 Shares are Domestic Shares.
